NEW signing Aaron Burns could be in line to make his debut for Coleraine in Saturday's top of the table clash against Glenavon at the Showgrounds.
The former Linfield midfielder signed a two and a year contract with the Bannsiders in the January transfer window but has yet to feature.
However, it is expected that the 25-year-old come come into the matchday squad for the visit of the Lurgan Blues along with Stephen Dooley and Brad Lyons.
Both have missed the last two games, the league draw with Linfield and Saturday's Tennent's Irish Cup win over Institute, because of injury.
“I can't wait for that first game - I'm busting to get out there," admitted Burns this week.
“I'm happy to get the deal done and coming to Coleraine is probably the best way forward for my football career."
His new boss, who celebrates seven years in the job this week, believes Burns will prove a valuable addition as the Bannsiders chase glory on a number of fronts.
