COLERAINE manager Oran Kearney has challenged his players to reach the same heights against Glentoran this weekend as they did in the second half of Saturday's dramatic draw with league leaders Crusaders.
The home side twice came from two goals behind to snatch a draw which sees just one point continue to separate the top two in the Danske Bank Premiership.
“It's important after that second half that we go and build on that next week," he admitted. "This is only a good point if we go and get three points next week at Glentoran.
“We have a lot of tired bodies and minds because it was a big shift so we'll rest up and look forward to Saturday," he added.
The Ballycastle schoolteacher paid tribute to the large home crowd which added to the occasion at the Showgrounds and wondered if more could be done to attract casual supporters on a more regular basis.
