SATURDAY past marked the first game in the second round of matches in the league.
Having registered a 4-0 win at home, Coleraine hopes were high of a second victory.
However, the girls found their Civil Service opponents a much tougher proposition second time around, the game ending in a scoreless draw.
The visitors began with intensity and had very much control of the game with Sue Nutt and Becky Lockhart opening up the game from the centre of the pitch.

NICS clearly knew they were up against a strong Coleraine side and tactically played a very defensive game proving to make Coleraine's attacking chances quite tricky.
With some breaks from NICS, they were quickly shut down from the tight defence of Sharon Kennedy, Milenka Rgyielska, Claire Adams and Jenna McMaster who denied the home team any chances.
