Healy was speaking in the wake of Saturday's 2-1 defeat over Oran Kearney's side, a first league defeat of the season for the Bannsiders.
A penalty from Andy Waterworth and a Mark Stafford header gave the Blues a 2-0 half-time lead and while Coleraine dominated after half-time all they had to show for their efforts was a Darren McCauley strike.
“The good thing for me this year is that the pressure is not on us," said the former NI striker.
“The pressure's now on Coleraine - they've not been there before.
“Like Glenavon, they're riding the crest of a wave at the moment but sooner or later the pressure will start to tell," he added.
His opposite number admitted that a below par first half performance had left his players with too much to do in the second period.
