The only way is up, says Kearney thumbnail

COLERAINE boss Oran Kearney says his players' recent heroics should serve as a catalyst ahead of the new season, which kicks off proper this Saturday.
Supporters' expectations have been raised following the side's top three finish in the league, and an appearance in May's Irish Cup final at Windsor Park.
The Bannsiders start their league campaign with a visit to Dungannon Swifts - the same team that put four goals past them in last year's curtain raiser.
Kearney, however, feels his players will head to Stangmore Park in much better shape this time round. "Mentally they are both stronger and more confident," he said.
“We have just come out of a big season and that has raised the bar, which can be dangerous, but I know the players can cope with all the expectation.
“No one in the squad is talking about what we achieved - we've drawn a line under it and moved on. Saturday is a new season so we have to go again.
