Duo suspended for trip to Cliftonville thumbnailColeraine's Jamie McGonigle has been in fine form of late and may be asked to lead the line in the absence of James McLaughlin this weekend.

IN-FORM striker James McLaughlin and midfielder Ciaron Harkin will miss out through suspension when Coleraine seek to make it nine wins in succession away at Cliftonville this weekend. McLaughlin has been in fine goalscoring form as he makes his way back from injury while Harkin has been a revelation in the middle of the park following his arrival from Institute.
However, four yellow cards picked up while playing for the north west club allied to one he has collected with the Bannsiders sees him miss a first game in six.
His importance to the team cannot be under-estimated, particularly as the side has won all five games he has played in since signing in January.
“Yes, it's a shame the boys are suspended but like I always say it gives other people an opportunity," said manager Oran Kearney.
The Bannsiders are four points behind Saturday's opponents, the Reds drawing 1-1 with Glentoran on Friday night in front of the Sky cameras.
Coleraine had been due to play Ballymena Utd but that game was postponed owing to the Braidmen's participation in Saturday's League Cup final which they won. Instead, Coleraine travelled to Buncrana to face Derry City in a friendly which they lost 1-0 despite creating some very good chances.
