THE Coleraine woman, who had been reported missing last week, was laid to rest yesterday (Monday, March 5).
Kerry Millar's body was recovered from the River Bann on Friday.
The 50-year-old had been reported missing in the early hours of Saturday, February 24, after her car was found near the river at Christie Park in Coleraine.
In a Facebook post, Kerry's daughter, Nicole Archibald, expressed her thanks to those who had supported her family and friends.
She posted: "After the longest and most difficult seven days of mine and my sister's lives, we have finally been able to bring our mummy home.
“We've felt so much pain, anger and loss with so many questions and no answers. We both couldn't be more grateful for all the help and support from all our family, friends and more so, strangers."
The Community Rescue Service worked tirelessly alongside volunteers and the PSNI in an around-the-clock search, until Kerry's body was recovered below Coleraine Marina on Friday afternoon.
