PUBLIC representatives have called for zero tolerance of anti-social behaviour on trains following a "serious threat" against a staff member of Translink at the weekend.
Rail services between Coleraine and Portrush were suspended after police received reports of a male causing a disturbance on a train at Portrush at around 6.10pm on Saturday, October 7.
A Translink spokesperson said: "The PSNI were called to assist and an individual was arrested and we continue to work with the police investigation.
“As part of this investigation, CCTV from on board the train and from Portrush station will be reviewed.
