A HEARTBROKEN couple are turning tragedy into hope by ensuring that other grieving parents can treasure precious memories of their last moments with lost little ones.
Tara and Christopher Devaney were devastated when they were told earlier this year that their baby son had Anencephaly, a rare condition that prevents the normal development of the brain and skull bones. Almost all babies diagnosed with Anencephaly die before birth.
