Prison warning for harassment woman thumbnailAnna Maguire pictured outside Coleraine courthouse

A COLERAINE woman, who mounted a campaign of harassment against her former fiance, has been warned she could face jail.
Anna Maguire, from Glengorm Avenue, superglued locks at Andrew Farrer's Portrush home and poisoned his plants, North Antrim Magistrates heard last Tuesday.
CCTV cameras filmed 56-year-old Maguire entering the grounds of his property, once in the middle of the night as he slept inside, and also in broad daylight while he was attending Portrush Raft Race.
An emotional Mr Farrer told the court how trouble had flared after he had ended his relationship with Maguire after she had an "affair." He said he had known her for eight years and the couple had been engaged for two years.
Maguire targeted his Morrison Park home twice, within five days, in May last year, the court heard.
