THE family of a young Coleraine man who died suddenly in London say they hope to set up a trust in his memory. Zachary Geddis (20), a first year student at the University of the Arts in London, was found dead in his halls of residence on March 18.
Now, parents Terry and Louise and sister Yasmin plan to set up the 'ZG Trust' in a bid to help other families cope with bereavement.
“There was never a son or a brother loved as much as Zachary and there never will be," said mum Louise, fighting back the tears.
“He was enjoying his course and he just made us so proud.
“But I have to understand that if Zachary thought it was his time to go I have to accept that.
“We're hoping to set up a trust in his name and we want to be there for others," she added.
