As you were at M&S thumbnailMarks and Spencer, possibly expanding their Coleraine store?

HIGH-END shopping chain Marks and Spencer is remaining tight-lipped about the possibility of expanding its hugely successful Coleraine store in future. Locally there had been hopes the company's decision to grow and improve its Simply Food portfolio would lead to a re-think over its town centre store.
Marks and Spencer has announced plans to close 30 UK stores in a move that will see it place less emphasis on its under-performing clothing range.
The clothing department in 60 stores will be shut entirely with a further forty five either being downsized or turned into one of its Simply Food shops.
New boss Steve Rowe said the decision followed what he called a "forensic review of our estate" at home in the UK and across its international markets.
